Getting a new prescription filled is easy at our pharmacy. You have a few options to get started:
Have your Doctor send it directly
Your doctor’s office can send your prescription to us electronically, by phone, or by fax. This is the fastest way to get your medication.
Drop it off in person
If you have a physical prescription, just bring it to the pharmacy and one of our teammembers will be happy to help you.
Transfer from another pharmacy
If your prescription is at a different pharmacy, we can transfer it for you. Simply give us a call with the name of the medication and the pharmacy’s contact information, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refills
We make it easy to manage your refills so you never miss a dose. We offer several convenient options:
Automated refills
Ask us about setting up automated refills for your long-term medications. We can have your prescription ready on a regular schedule, so you don’t have to worry about ordering it each time.
Online
You can request refills through our website or our mobile app.
Text
If you’re signed up for our text notifications, you can often reply to the text message to request a refill.
Call us
You’ll never speak to a machine during business hours. Call to request your medications. After hours, leave a message or use our automated phone system to request refills, available 24/7.
